- Axis ABA Therapy and Support Services: To
provide services to children and families living with autism, developmental
disabilities, and behavioral needs in Central Iowa.
- Balance Autism: Balance Autism, formerly
The Homestead, provides a variety of innovative solutions for autism. Through
our campus, clinic and community services, we seek to enrich the lives of
people with autism through work, play and community. Our programs work not only
to help people with autism adapt to mainstream society, but also to help
mainstream society better adapt to people with autism.
- Iowa Department of Human Services: Iowa currently has seven HCBS Waivers in the Waiver Program that provides service funding and individualized supports to maintain eligible members in their own homes or communities who would otherwise require care in a medical institution.
- Child Serve: Our team of experts helps
identify and meet the unique needs of children with developmental delays,
disabilities, injuries and other special healthcare needs.
- The Center for Pediatric Neuropsychology: Neuropsychology
is the study of brain-behavior relationships. A board-certified
neuropsychologist has extensive education and specialized training in neurology
as well as psychology. Pediatric neuropsychologists have additional training
and experience in child development. A neuropsychological evaluation involves
measuring thinking, behavior, and social-emotional functioning using
standardized tests and procedures. Examiners work directly with your child.
They also talk to parents, teachers and other doctors, and will review any
records.

Navigator: Child
Health Specialty Clinics (CHSC) is a community-based public health agency
serving Iowa children and youth with special health care needs. CHSC
partners with families, service providers, communities, and policy makers along
with the Iowa Departments of Human Services, Public Health, and Education.
- One Vision Children’s Autism Center: One
Vision Children’s Autism Centers, established in August 2013, offers direct
services for children with autism spectrum disorders including assessment,
diagnosis, behavior consultation and therapy rooted in ABA principles, positive
behavior supports, and skill-building activities. With locations in Clear Lake
and Fort Dodge, the CAC also offers support for caregivers including
educational information, a resource library, and workshops with professional
presenters to improve the lives of children with autism and their families.
- Enrichment
Therapy & Learning Center, PC: Enrichment Therapy & Learning Center is a pediatric
clinic in North Liberty and Urbandale Iowa. Programs include Language
Enrichment Academic Programs (LEAP), speech/articulation, language
comprehension, reading, and math.
